Role Overview
- Promote and sell the Service offering
- Coordinate maintenance contracts
- Ensure renewal of existing contracts
- Monitor customers and their BAXTER equipment fleet
- Provide technical support to the sales team
- Participate in and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
Requirements
- Minimum technical diploma (Bac+2 equivalent, e.g., associate degree)
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients
- Proficient with computer applications
- Valid driving license (Category B/equivalent)
- Good command of English
