Project Manager

Role Overview

• Own and manage the project management infrastructure, starting with the cleanup and restructuring of ClickUp
• Ensure projects, tasks, and workflows are clearly defined and properly organized
• Define, document, and enforce clear processes for client work, deliverables, and internal collaboration
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable workflows across the organization
• Coordinate across a distributed, asynchronous team to ensure projects stay on track
• Ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
• Evaluate whether current tools such as ClickUp are optimal and recommend alternatives if needed
• Support overall operational efficiency by identifying gaps and systemizing workflows
• Use AI tools to automate processes, build workflows, and improve productivity

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
• Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp
• Experience with other tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI workflows
• Strong process design and systems thinking capabilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
