Continuous acquisition and support of major customers across the entire sales territory, including end customers, branch networks, corporate headquarters and subsidiaries.
Building long-term customer relationships with a focus on marketing corporate/group products.
Conducting and evaluating fleet checks and providing technical support for customer fleets in close coordination with Continental.
Monitoring planning figures, contribution margins and sales developments to ensure target achievement.
Responsibility for adherence to credit limits and receivables management within the assigned customer segment.
Ensuring collaboration with specialist departments, regional offices and central units through continuous information exchange.
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
Initial field sales experience.
Detailed industry knowledge desirable.
Customer

Negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers.
Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness and strong communication skills.
Structured and organizational abilities as well as pronounced team spirit.
Basic IT skills and an affinity for a variety of IT applications.
