Role Overview
- Manage store setup plans for new and remodeled locations
- Oversee project plans, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
- Analyze store layouts to develop store-specific display plans (planograms)
- Maintain a master list of store criteria
- Provide ongoing support to stores, addressing visual merchandising needs
- Drive improvements to the in-store experience
- Track project expenses and reconcile budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Design or Art preferred
- 1+ years retail store management experience, retail merchandising experience or other varied retail experience
- Strong organization skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding and knowledge of visual merchandising fundamentals
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Mac operating system
- Proficient in digital photography and editing
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 30-50 pounds for display shifting and moving VM items
