Develop, support, and execute visual merchandising communication and presentation standards across assigned Journeys Group concepts
Collaborate with team members and cross functional partners to maintain visual consistency
Enhance in-store brand storytelling and visual experience
Assist with seasonal strategies that strengthen brand identity and improve overall customer experience
Support the planning and execution of visual merchandising communication initiatives by coordinating development, production, photography, and document design
Strategize and collaborate cross-functionally to develop concept-specific visual communication
Provide store support for locations reaching out via email and portal feedback
Participate in collaborative decision-making and help refine processes for legacy concepts
Coordinate and collaborate on the development of visual standards, training content, hardware guidelines, and setup instructions
Assist with the organization and execution of in-studio photo shoots
Work closely with Buying and Merchandising partners to translate seasonal priorities into clear visual strategies
Support the ongoing creation and maintenance of computer aided design (CAD) materials
Coordinate deployment and maintain content on store platforms for seasonal and promotional visual communication materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Design or Art preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, InDesign (must have) and Mac operating system
Retail store management experience (minimum 2+ years store management experience) or other varied retail experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in digital photography and editing
A passion for visual merchandising, design, and retail presentation trends
Ability to lift, push, and pull 30-50 pounds for display shifting and moving VM items
