Support implementation of strategic communications strategies that align to and support business goals, product roadmaps and company priorities
Serve as a trusted adviser and partner to senior leaders
Work with key stakeholders to develop and share a steady stream of content across multiple internal channels
Partner closely with cross-functional teams
Provide support for ongoing change communications
Work with fellow internal communications and multimedia team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
Minimum 5-7+ years of internal communications experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Technology, R&D, or Product-led organizations
Exceptional ability to take complex Product Roadmaps, Engineering milestones, and Data Science concepts and translate them into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical employees
Proven track record of executing internal comms strategies in Agile or high-growth tech environments, with the ability to pivot messaging quickly as product priorities shift
Experience acting as a strategic partner to Chief Product Officers (CPOs), CTOs, and Engineering Leads
Strong project management skills with familiarity in tech-stack tools
