Bachelor's in a job-related field
Associates degree plus an extra 2 years job-related experience for a total of 6 years of required work experience
4 Years research and analysis experience
Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills
Advanced experience using complex mathematical calculations
Understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts
Knowledge of relevant computer support systems
Proven experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis
Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of programming languages such as DB2, SQL, and relational databases
Knowledge of tools like Visual Basic and Macros for automating reporting processes
