About this role

You independently develop creative ideas for short promotional videos and design engaging social media video formats for our agency's marketing
You take charge of the entire shoot execution — acting as director on set and confidently handling camera operation
In post-production you give the footage the final polish (editing, audio, and possibly light animation) and prepare everything for our social media channels
You proactively and independently manage your projects from the initial idea through to final delivery.

You are enrolled in a degree program in Design, Media Design, Digital Media, Media/Communication Studies, or a related field
You are available 10–20 hours per week for a part-time position
You have experience in photo and video production (including editing and post-production)
You already have practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Adobe Premiere and Adobe Express)
You are confident working with video, audio, and editing equipment
You have a natural aptitude for camera work, a good sense for storytelling, and an eye for aesthetic composition
You work very independently, are a creative thinker, and demonstrate flexibility as well as a quick grasp of new tasks.
