Provide day-to-day operational and project coordination support for the D2C Marketing & Ecommerce team
Support ecommerce operations by creating and updating product listings, setting up tracked links, coordinating pricing, and gathering assets from publisher teams
Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Senior Manager, Email Marketing
Maintain and update centralized campaign calendars and content timelines
Compile and analyze campaign performance reports across ecommerce and email
Coordinate asset collection and delivery to ensure timely campaign execution
Monitor ecommerce platforms and user experience
Maintain documentation and internal tools
Contribute to campaign planning discussions by identifying workflow improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within CIMA
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, digital content, or campaign operations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with ESP and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp), ecommerce platforms (Shopify), and social commerce (Meta Shop, TikTok Shop)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A data-informed mindset with curiosity for campaign performance, consumer behavior, and digital conversion tactics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with creative and tracking tools such as Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, and project management platforms
