Support client’s mission critical priorities of supply chain planning leaders
Advise Senior Supply Chain planning leaders across all subsectors of manufacturing
Lead process and capability assessments
Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged insights content
Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client challenges
Research, analyze, and predict market trends
Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice
Support BTI and Sales with market insights
Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions
Be a mentor and a coach by supporting junior team members

12+ years of experience in supply chain planning
at least 5 years as a supply chain planning leader
Experience in managing supply chain planning for manufacturers across multiple industries
familiarity with both process and discrete operations preferred
Industry experience ideally in high tech, semiconductors, hyperscalers, networks or consumer electronics
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal proficiency
Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
Subject matter expertise in the field
Comfort in presenting at various speaking engagements
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
