Support us with translating business needs into technical specifications.
Collaborate with engineers on solution design, defining API contracts, data models, and functional flows.
Validate delivered functionality against defined acceptance criteria.
Drive data-informed decision making by defining meaningful product metrics, enabling data exposure, and bringing insights back to the team and stakeholders.
Work within the Ecommerce foundation team but also cross-team, interacting with adjacent teams (buying journey teams, platform and data teams).
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst in E-commerce platform, being bridging business and engineering, including APIs, data flows, user journeys, and complex digital products
Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, able to translate data into insights and metrics
Structured thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements and define solutions in uncertain situations
Understanding of both customer‑facing and internal platform needs
Strong English communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Proactive, self‑driven, and able to take ownership with minimal guidance
Brings energy, accountability, and momentum while enabling collaboration and avoiding bottlenecks
