Help scope, define, design and deliver solutions that provide business outcomes
Serve as a facilitator between the IT Global Delivery Europe Team and Business Stakeholders
Evaluate business and technical requirements, identify needs
Support development of strategies to maximize digital opportunities
Create functional and nonfunctional product backlog items and user stories for application deployment, enhancement, predictive insights, AI/ML and other digital solutions in the manufacturing industry
Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing, and delivering features iteratively
Consistently demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery
Consistently demonstrate Lean principles for efficient delivery
Work with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner to define the project’s detailed scope
Create, refine, and maintain user stories and associated deliverables (e.g., process flows, test cases) to meet development and stakeholder needs
Collaborate with the Product Owner and other Business Analysts on prioritizing user stories in the product backlog
Define acceptance criteria sufficiently for testing
Confirm that delivered solutions fulfill stated requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to test user stories
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on information technology projects.
Experience in business analysis, preferably within supply chain or logistics environments.
Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
Solid understanding of business requirements and process mapping.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and similar platforms.
Highly desirable skills: Functional knowledge of supply chain end-to-end processes, including: Planning and scheduling (MRP); Sourcing; Procure-to-Pay; Inbound logistics.
Functional and application knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS R12, including: Inventory; Order-to-Cash; Procure-to-Pay; Process Manufacturing.
Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 or other ERP systems.
High-level knowledge of EDI.
Ability to design and deliver custom solutions.
Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party solutions (e.g., WMS, EDI solutions, planning tools) Expertise in supply chain systems such as BlueYonder (JDA), BluJay, Oracle EBS, SAP, or other related TMS, WMS, or SCM platforms.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS database models for the modules listed above
Experience using PL/SQL for data management and insights within Oracle EBS.
