Director, Global Project Management Office – Medical Device, Diagnostics

Role Overview

• Drive and implement pivotal initiatives in Project Management
• Build and mentor a high-performing project team
• Lead complex projects and programs at regional and global levels
• Oversee execution of regional and global projects/programs
• Define and embed project management standards and tools
• Develop progress reports and presentations to various audiences
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Scientific and/or engineering)
• 14+ years’ experience in Project Management OR Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience OR Doctoral degree with 9+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Significant experience in diagnostic/medical device regulated environment (manufacturing, R&D, engineering)
• Strong Project Management experience leading large, sophisticated operations and/or R&D projects/programs
• Proven experience leading all aspects of medium/large design changes, and all aspects of technology transfer programs/projects in the Medical Device or Diagnostics regulatory environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Prefer minimum of 10 years people management experience
• Global business knowledge and influence
