Role Overview
- Provide legal support to agency staff on all client legal matters
- Advise and assist on corporate lifecycle matters
- Handle restructurings
- Manage commercial leases
- Advise on transfer of client portfolios
- Monitor legislative developments
- Provide technical support to audit and accounting teams
- Ensure approval of financial statements
Requirements
- Advanced law degree (Master's level) with a specialization in corporate law
- Significant experience in a law firm or accounting firm in a similar role
- Knowledge of taxation is a plus
