Role Overview
- Provide legal support to agency colleagues on clients' legal issues
- Assist and advise on corporate acts related to company lifecycle
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin-offs), and asset contributions
- Commercial and professional leases
- Transfer/sale of client lists (e.g., medical practice goodwill)
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical support to audit and accounting teams
- Ensure the approval of financial statements
Requirements
- Master's degree in law (equivalent to Bac+5) with a specialization in business/corporate law
- Significant experience in a law firm or an accountancy firm in a similar role
- Knowledge of tax law appreciated
- Enjoy working in a team
- Curious, rigorous, conscientious, and enthusiastic
- Customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
