Partner closely with leadership across product, technology, commercial and operations to define and align on group-level product priorities.
Lead strategic, multi-unit product initiatives that cut across our internal platform, partner integrations, operator tools and data/insights capabilities.
Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for group-wide projects, ensuring dependencies are understood and managed.
Facilitate discovery and validation across business-units, identifying opportunities that unlock shared value or enhance our client offering.
Enable product teams across the organisation to deliver with consistency, quality and measurable impact.
Support product governance, portfolio planning and prioritization across business units.
Act as a bridge between product teams and executive leadership, translating strategy into action and helping to remove blockers.

Experience leading complex product work across teams or business units in SaaS, platform or highly regulated environments, ideally in iGaming.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level goals into tactical execution.
Track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, able to present clearly to both teams and executive leadership.
Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise effectively and keep initiatives progressing across diverse groups.
Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
A collaborative style and a bias towards action.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
