Drive AI Adoption Across the Organisation
Lead initiatives that accelerate the use of AI tools and capabilities across business teams, helping employees understand how AI can support their work and improve outcomes.
Design and deliver structured enablement programmes that help employees develop practical AI skills, including: Understanding AI fundamentals, Using generative AI tools effectively, Applying AI in data analysis, research, and productivity, Responsible and safe use of AI technologies
Work closely with teams across the organisation to identify high-value AI applications and support their implementation in areas such as: Data analysis and insight generation, Automation of manual tasks, Research and reporting, Marketing and digital optimisation, Customer and operational insights
Support employees in using modern AI platforms and productivity tools such as: Microsoft Copilot, Large language model tools (e.g. ChatGPT), AI-enabled analytics platforms, Internal AI solutions developed by the team
Promote responsible and ethical use of AI across the organisation, ensuring employees understand governance, data protection considerations, and appropriate usage of AI technologies.
Create and nurture an internal community of AI users and champions through workshops, showcases, and knowledge sharing. Encourage experimentation and help scale successful use cases across teams.

Experience working with modern AI tools, particularly generative AI
Experience enabling or training non-technical users to adopt new technologies
Experience identifying and delivering practical AI use cases in business environments
Experience working across business and technical teams
