Role Overview
- Collaborates with UX Research to better understand user needs and behaviors.
- Applies user insights to inform design decisions.
- Proposes design solutions to defined problems.
- Creates user experience deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaborates effectively with engineering teams.
- Clearly communicates design rationale and decisions.
- Participates in usability testing and iterates designs based on findings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma).
- Understanding of usability testing principles
- Knowledge of current trends in UX design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
