Sr. level User Experience (UX) Designer to partner closely with business stakeholders, business system analysts, and delivery teams to define and deliver high quality user experiences across digital products.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands on design execution and provides UX leadership and mentorship to junior designers.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, systems oriented, and comfortable operating across discovery, design, and delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and business system analysts to translate business needs into intuitive, user centered design solutions
Lead end to end UX efforts including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for web-based products
Create and maintain high quality design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma
Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams in an agile environment to ensure UX solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals
Synthesize user research, business requirements, and system constraints into clear, actionable design decisions
Provide UX leadership through design reviews, feedback, and best practice guidance; mentor junior UX designers and help elevate overall design quality
