Drive successful global product launches and ensure roadmap execution.
Serve as the primary product leadership interface to Research, Engineering, Regional Growth, and Key Accounts.
Own business cases for major product initiatives, tracking portfolio performance and adjusting strategies.

10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles within broadcast, AV, or technology industries.
Proven experience leading and developing global product management teams.
Strong background in roadmap ownership, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 50%.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
