They are seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive execution across a diverse portfolio of digital products, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX design, and business architecture to deliver high-impact solutions
- Represent the voice of the customer through continuous engagement and feedback loops
- Use agile methodologies to drive iterative development and rapid learning
- Participate in product discovery to validate assumptions and inform product direction
- Define and track success metrics to measure product performance and inform future iterations
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in an agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to execute product strategies and deliver results
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- No specific technical expertise required, but familiarity with digital product development is a plus
- 5 or more years of experience in digital product management
