Requirements
A High School diploma is required
Additional college coursework or bank-related training
Minimum of 1 year of banking experience
At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience—or a comparable combination of education and experience
Familiarity with financial terminology, banking systems, and various payment delivery options is essential
