Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of Compliance processes.
Use data and analytics to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities to strengthen and automate Compliance processes.
Design and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, scalability, and sustainability.
Support continuous improvement through trend analysis, root cause assessments, and outcome-based measurement.
Produce clear, accurate, and defensible Compliance reporting for senior management, risk committees, and boards.
Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit to align monitoring activities and reduce duplication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
5–10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related control function, with demonstrated responsibility for analytics, metrics, or reporting.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, advanced Excel).
Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for risk-based compliance programs, monitoring, and management oversight.
Proven ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into meaningful metrics and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management and executive-level communication and storytelling.
