Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on MidMarket (companies from 100 to 1,000 employees )
This includes: Sourcing and qualifying prospects.
Scheduling and conducting customer meetings.
Negotiating business proposals.
Closing new opportunities.
Focus on sourcing and qualifying leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and leveraging social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential prospects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to optimize outreach and client experience.
Maintain a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry.
Be a team player by sharing insights, providing feedback, and supporting your peers to drive collective success.
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound sales, ideally in the SMB or MidMarket segment (-1,000 employeees)
Experience in B2B sales, with SaaS experience being highly desirable.
Strong ability to generate and nurture leads from the ground up.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored to SMB & Midmarket decision-makers.
Self-motivated with a clear sense of urgency to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented approach to managing the sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with SMB prospects and clients.
Fluency in French and English.
