Plan and coordinate sales programs for maximum sales volume and profitability at a National enterprise level, focusing on the equipment rental company and suppliers’ market for all Cattron product lines.
Interact with established customers with the goal of increasing sales revenue.
Provide day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customers.
Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements to support existing business and close on new business opportunities.
Manage opportunity pipeline through CRM website, including revenue scheduling.
Promote Cattron products to Key Accounts.
Manage direct customer relationships to grow revenue.
Coordinate activities with customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on all accounts, including sales, data, quote records, and customer contacts.
Work with Cattron engineers and product management to develop custom products for specific customer needs.
Attend sales meetings and conferences.
Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers.
Provide updated marketing and sales forecasts.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, equipment rental market background preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of Windows applications.
Proven sales performance record.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be fluent in English; other languages preferred depending on assigned area.
