Provide comprehensive technical support to the regional sales team and customers to ensure optimal utilization of Procelys products
Analyze technical feedback and customer data to drive product development, improve existing offerings, and strengthen our competitive positioning
Train and support the sales team on Procelys product applications, performance, and technical selling points
Conduct application troubleshooting to identify and resolve product performance issues
Build long-term relationships with R&D, technical, and production teams at major customers
Monitor industry innovations and technological trends to identify new opportunities for the business
Develop deep application expertise across key market segments to communicate Procelys' capabilities effectively to customers
Manage customer expectations and technical projects to drive sales, strengthen our competitive position, and deliver new value
Requirements
Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.
5 or more years of experience in an R&D/Fermentation Management or Application Development role in Biotechnology, Pharma or Life Sciences markets
Ability to develop a deep understanding of the Biotechnology market (food and feed bio-ingredients, biopharma, cultures, probiotics, bio-agriculture and renewable chemicals)
Ability to travel up to 40-50% within the Americas
