Manage and deliver end-to-end projects in finance and customs area.
Develop clear project plans, define scope, and establish objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and risks.
Collaborate closely with PMO in Copenhagen.
Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
Track project progress, document lessons learned, prepare reports and presentations for senior management and Compass program Director in HQ.
Contribute to optimizing processes within the SSC through effective project execution and problem-solving.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in Finance transformation, consulting, process improvement, or project management in a Shared Service or corporate environment
Solid finance and accounting background, including understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, month-end close cycles, and internal controls
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions, building engagement around the change.
Methodological Knowledge: certified in minimum Green Belt six sigma, Lean or other relevant qualifications.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management tools like MS Project or others.
Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA are a strong advantage. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM) are beneficial.
