About this role
Role Overview
Actively hunt and secure new PERM business opportunities through your existing network, cold outreach, and referrals.
Bring and develop an active client portfolio in the IT/Technology sector.
Manage the full client relationship, from initial intake and fee negotiation to long-term account farming.
Partner with K2 leadership to identify high-growth sectors and align sales activities with global business goals.
Take full accountability for personal billing targets and sales KPIs.
Manage the full PERM lifecycle, including sourcing, technical/behavioral interviews, and offer management.
Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to ensure rapid fulfillment of the vacancies you bring in.
Ensure a premium, consultative experience for all candidates in enterprise tech.
Maintain accurate sales and recruitment activity tracking in CRM/ATS systems.
Requirements
3–8+ years of experience as a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager in the staffing industry.
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and bring an active, transferable client network.
Commercial Expertise: Strong experience in negotiation, pitching services, and closing PERM contracts.
Recruitment Proficiency: Solid background in IT delivery, with a deep understanding of the technology talent market.
Agency Background: Mandatory experience in recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or consulting settings.
Languages required: Italian and English
