Lead business performance analysis across products (cross-border payments, wallets, trading, etc.).
Collaborate with teams to extract actionable insights for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports for strategic planning.
Track and analyze KPIs across user funnels, transaction behavior, and product usage.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research within the cross-border space.
Serve as a strategic partner for product and business teams.
Design and evaluate A/B tests, pricing models, and customer segmentation strategies.
Communicate findings and strategy proposals to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic analytics, with at least 3 years focused on Internet/cross-border products.
Strong understanding of cross-border product models.
Proficient in data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience with Python/R for modeling or statistical analysis is a plus.
Exceptional English communication skills for executive decision-making.
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, or decentralized work environments.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
