Lead the development, review, and management of complex pricing models, quotes, and contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for revenue generation.
Collaborate with sales, finance, account management, and country teams to streamline deal desk operations, resolve bottlenecks, and support process training initiatives.
Develop and deliver reports and metrics dashboards by consolidating and analyzing sales, pricing, and customer data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Requirements
Several years' experience in sales support, commercial operations, deal desk, or global bid management, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of commercial acumen or hands-on pricing experience, with proven expertise in driving operational excellence through process, governance, and workflow management.
Proven ability in advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling) and effective pipeline management within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system like Salesforce.
Fluency in English, Advanced level of French, or German, or Spanish are required.
