Lead and support organizational and individual producers’ new business growth objectives through marketing strategies
Anticipate client needs through data analytics and market trends
Identify and address coverage gaps, recommending enhancements
Drive renewal and new business processes
Serve as a market strategist, monitoring carrier appetites and industry trends
Build and leverage deep carrier relationships to negotiate optimal terms
Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on empowerment and accountability
Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging technology platforms
Act as a trusted advisor, educating prospects and clients on emerging risks and regulatory changes
Participate in prospect and client proposals and presentations

Bachelor’s degree desired
High school diploma or equivalent is required with additional training or education
Typically, more than 10 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience
Experience as a Manager, Team Lead/Supervisor or other leadership role required
Must be computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel
Agency Management system experience required
EPIC experience is highly desired
P&C Insurance License required upon hire
Professional insurance designation required. (CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, AAI, etc.) preferred
