Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of new global customers into activpayroll
Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate timelines and deliverables
Ensure clients are set up for success in their ongoing payroll operations
Lead multi‑country customer onboarding projects from initiation to go‑live
Facilitate client kickoff calls, planning workshops, and regular project updates
Build and oversee project plans, risk logs, schedules, and documentation libraries
Coordinate with payroll teams for accurate data collection
Translate client payroll requirements into clear actions for internal teams
Identify risks, issues, dependencies early, and drive solutions
Act as primary client contact throughout onboarding with strong communication
Prepare agendas, chair meetings, document actions, and follow up effectively
Escalate delays or challenges promptly to maintain project momentum
Focus on quality, accuracy, and customer experience
Collaborate with teams across functions, time zones, and countries
Contribute to improving processes, playbooks, tools, and templates
Represent activpayroll professionally to provide a confident first experience for customers.

Proven experience in payroll delivery and implementation — ideally multi‑country, international, or complex payroll
Understanding of payroll terminology, processes, compliance, and data requirements
Customer and stakeholder management experience through structured processes
Ability to translate technical payroll requirements into clear, actionable project steps
Experience with supporting or delivering projects
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving skills and ability to keep projects on track
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Excel, SharePoint, or willingness to learn quickly
Adaptable to changing priorities
Collaborative teamwork with global teams
Strong customer experience focus.
