About this role
Role Overview
Lead and operationalize flagship partnerships, owning Zillow’s largest relationships (e.g., MLB)
Serve as a senior external face of the brand, building and deepening executive-level relationships
Turn complex deals into repeatable playbooks, translating partnership agreements into clear operating models
Drive fully integrated activations with campaign, creative, content, sales, and events teams
Own partnership strategy and portfolio design, defining which partnerships to pursue
Design and scale monetization models in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership
Forecast and measure impact by setting KPIs and building reporting for senior stakeholders
Build and lead a high-impact team by hiring, mentoring, and developing a partnerships team
Requirements
12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, media, sponsorship, or growth leadership roles
Deep experience leading culture-driving partnerships (sports, entertainment, music, lifestyle, platforms)
Comfortable with revenue accountability and have experience designing monetization models
Extensive experience leading complex, multi-year negotiations
Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared partnership strategy
Builder who thrives in ambiguity and creating something foundational for the company
