Regional Sales Manager – Commercial and Residential Gates

Role Overview

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Direct sales forecasting activities
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs
• Represent company at trade shows
• Deliver effective sales and technical training
• Participate in product research and provide new product ideas

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management
• Experience working with large national distributors and dealers preferred
• Access control experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus
• Computer literacy including advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
