Role Overview

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/IT
Prior significant experience in the field
Strong technical skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to analyze user needs
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Qualify and handle requests rigorously with a service-oriented mindset
Use ticketing tools to ensure structured follow-up
Perform database queries and manage application access
Work in a team with clear and effective verbal and written communication
