About this role
Role Overview
Understand, analyze, identify, and synthesize the client's challenges.
Translate them into a compelling proposal.
Strong listening skills and ability to understand prospects during discussions.
Analysis of requirements specifications (RFPs).
Immersion in the client's business domain.
Analyze objectives and perceived challenges and rearticulate them.
Evaluate all decision-making criteria for a go/no-go decision.
Lead and organize the proposal response phase.
Produce the response plan and contribute to its content.
Engage and solicit input from various experts.
Identify and liaise with partners.
Collaborate with the sales team.
Prepare for and participate in proposal pitch sessions.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong listening skills and ability to understand client issues.
Ability to abstract and conceptualize solutions.
Excellent writing skills.
Synthesizing mindset and ability to create diagrams and schematics.
Leadership and persuasive skills to engage contributors in the proposal response.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
