About this role
Role Overview
Identify, onboard, and develop new wholesalers to expand market reach.
Build long-term, value-based relationships with wholesale partners.
Support existing wholesalers to increase volume, improve product placement, and drive growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage leads, and report key metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment on revenue goals.
Travel up to 60% to visit wholesalers, attend meetings, and support regional growth.
Maintain accurate records of travel and entertainment expenses.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within a wholesale or distribution environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
English Spanish bilingual preferred.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Proficient in CRM and sales forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with a high level of autonomy.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
