Role Overview
Communicate with clients, court personnel, and firm staff regularly
Draft and review pleadings, motions, petitions, responses, briefs, and other filings
Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
Prepare for and attend court appearances (oral arguments, hearings, conferences) in Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, Lehigh, Schuylkill, Carbon, Northampton, Monroe, Luzerne, and other PA counties as needed
Requirements
PA Bar Required
Juris Doctor
Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
