About this role
Role Overview
You independently identify and acquire new business opportunities, focusing on mid-sized companies in the DACH region (German-speaking countries) and France
You inspire prospects with our solutions and address their specific processes and challenges in logistics, production, or field service
Prepare and deliver online presentations as well as conduct on-site meetings with customers and at our Digital Factory in Germany
Analyze existing business processes together with internal experts and develop tailored solution concepts
Prepare ROI analyses and proposals, and manage the entire sales cycle from needs assessment to closing
Collaborate actively with the customer's buying center to identify key stakeholders and decision-making processes
Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships with a focus on cross-selling and upselling
Independently manage the sales pipeline and consistently pursue targets
Requirements
Several years of proven success in software sales
Excellent understanding of business processes, enabling you to clearly demonstrate the value of our smart software solutions
Fluent German (CEFR C1) and good English skills
A solution-oriented mindset with a sharp eye for challenges and opportunities in the mid-market
Strong communicator — confident and engaging both remotely and in face-to-face meetings
Structured and goal-driven working style with a focus on measurable sales results
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to approx. 10%)
