Vice President – Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

Role Overview

• Execute and deliver commercial real estate valuations for institutional clients
• Develop sophisticated valuation models and innovative analytical frameworks
• Mentor junior professionals and build collaborative, high-performing teams
• Contribute to industry publications and speaking engagements
• Build strong relationships with market and business line leaders

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial real estate valuation experience
• Active Certified General Appraiser License (Texas)
• Strategic understanding of complex commercial real estate markets
• Proven track record of client relationship management
• Experience with institutional-grade properties
• Advanced analytical & modeling expertise, including a working knowledge of Argus
• Ability to travel for property inspections as needed
• MAI designation or active candidacy preferred
• Business development and/or team leadership experience preferred
