Requirements
5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong, high-quality work across complex problem spaces.
Strong UX and visual design skills. You can take on ambiguous, challenging problems and deliver solutions that are both thoughtful and user-centered.
Proficient with prototyping tools and techniques, and able to communicate ideas clearly across different audiences.
Comfortable owning high-impact features or projects end-to-end, while staying collaborative with peers and cross-functional partners.
Open to feedback, quick to iterate, and genuinely curious about improving your craft.
Data-informed in your approach. You balance user insights, business needs, and technical constraints when making design decisions.
Strong communicator and organiser, able to manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.
Solid grounding in human-centered design principles and research methods, with a track record of applying them to drive better outcomes.
Confident presenting and defending design decisions to both design and non-design audiences.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools like Cursor, Claude, or Codex, and an eagerness to use them to move faster and think bigger.
Experience designing admin tools, internal platforms, operator-facing products, or customer support experiences is a strong plus.
