About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for sales, business development, project management, and client management for merchants within assigned industry verticals
Establishing relationships with enablement partners to maximize transaction volume and market share while identifying new internal and external business opportunities
Ensuring the implementation of value-added products, broadening acceptance footprint, and executing marketing initiatives to improve merchant awareness and increase transactions
Implementing operational initiatives, ensuring compliance with network change release processes and business practices
Managing and escalating risk or customer-impacting issues to management
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance (preferred)
6+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services (preferred)
Payments industry experience (preferred)
