Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and support tailored to the specific needs of POC clinicians, including emergency medicine, critical care, and musculoskeletal (MSK) specialists.
Lead and support regional and national trade shows, conferences, and events to promote Samsung’s ultrasound products, showcasing product advantages and generating new leads.
Work closely with internal teams, including clinical specialists, marketing, and product management, to ensure customers receive comprehensive support and to contribute customer insights to product development.
Stay informed about competitive products, market trends, and emerging POC applications to provide valuable feedback and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within the POC ultrasound space.
Collaborate with KOLs to gather insights, drive product adoption, and support educational initiatives that highlight product benefits and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital medical equipment sales, preferably in the ultrasound or imaging sector.
BA/BS in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related discipline preferred.
Strong territory management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in identifying and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders to drive product awareness and educational initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the western U.S. territory.
A proactive, self-driven attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed in a competitive and dynamic market.
Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce.
Must be comfortable with technology, be able to present using a laptop, tablet, or via the web.
Must be able demonstrate proficiency with MS Office package, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures is highly desirable.
