Senior Paralegal – Licensing

Role Overview

• Create, prepare, review, proof, edit and manage highly complex documents
• Research and analyze highly complex issues in a wide variety of subject areas
• Negotiate with customers, external vendors, outside counsel and government agencies
• Identify and maintain relationships with key internal business partners

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or related field of study
• Paralegal certificate
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Extremely strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access
