You will assume technical and personnel responsibility for our Node.js development team, provide clear direction, and create an environment where excellence and ownership can flourish.
Together with the team, you will develop a future-proof technical architecture as well as clear coding and quality standards — and ensure these are applied in day-to-day work.
You will actively drive our long-term development vision and embed it sustainably in our agile processes.
You will participate in recruiting processes, support new colleagues during onboarding, and actively promote the team’s continued development.

You have previously taken responsibility for developer teams and created an environment that enables professional and personal growth.
You have solid expertise in building distributed, scalable systems with Node.js — ideally in modern cloud environments.
You think strategically, work in a structured manner, and always keep the big picture in mind.
You drive innovation with foresight, communicate clearly and confidently — and bring a strong leadership mentality.
You are fluent in German (at least C1 level).
