Oversee outpatient clinical admissions, including assessments and preliminary treatment planning for new clients
Intervene clinically in crisis situations and address special client needs as they arise
Ensure timely completion of psychosocial assessments, clinical notes, and master treatment plans
Provide group therapy and counseling
Review client records for quality, ensure compliance with state regulations, and participate in quality assurance and utilization reviews
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the facility's operations and goals
Requirements
Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or marital and family therapist (LMFT) , or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
Willing to consider licensure candidates or those with additional training if they do not possess one of the two dual licenses
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required
Approved to supervise clinical staff
2+ years of experience working with substance use/mental health disorders
Strong knowledge of management principles, clinical systems, operations, supervision, billing/collections, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
