Role Overview
- Taking full ownership of the planning and delivery of marquee races for Formula E
- Proactively steering the cross-departmental planning process
- Managing project-specific budgets and providing vital upward reporting
- Providing direct line management to Event Project Managers and Coordinators
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a project lead in the Sports Events industry
- Proven track record of driving resourceful projects in international markets
- Advanced understanding of project management methodologies
- Power user of program management software (e.g., Google tools)
- Ability to manage stakeholders and multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Willingness to travel to approximately 4-5 event locations for sustained periods
- Must possess commercial acumen for strategic decision making
