Independently coordinate all project-related activities during the planning phase
Manage procurement, production, on-site assembly/installation and commissioning of systems
Maintain close coordination with the customer, subcontractors and authorities
Lead an experienced project team
Convene and lead all project meetings
Handle claim management vis‑à‑vis the customer and subcontractors
Document key milestones
Take full responsibility for costs, schedules and quality
Respond to changes in sub‑goals and the budget
Report project progress to divisional and executive management

Technical training or an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably from the logistics industry
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Goal-oriented working style combined with assertiveness
Confident use of MS Office (including MS Project)
Good CAD skills
SAP knowledge
Excellent written and spoken English
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 50% — DACH region plus Eastern Europe)
