Requirements
5 years of experience with leading learning and development functions, strategic training-related projects, or consulting on training-related initiatives
3 years of experience in management or leadership role
3 years of experience with analyzing, designing and implementing learning solutions and processes with a focus on operational excellence and analytics
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
