Legal Intern

Role Overview

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate governance and shareholder rights
• Draft memoranda, reports, and supporting materials for shareholder representation efforts
• Assist in the development of shareholder proposals and related legal arguments
• Track regulatory and legislative developments relevant to corporate responsibility

Requirements

• Current law student (1L, 2L, or 3L)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Interest in corporate governance, securities law, environmental law, or related fields
• Demonstrated commitment to environmental and social issues preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

Benefits

• Must receive either academic credit or a stipend of $500 per semester
